In this ArtCast I talk about my sleeping habits and how week two is going trying the CEO sleep Schedule. I like my mind to be fresh for Art and creating content. So, when I get home from my day job. I’ll sleep until I wake up. Usually an hour and a half or so. Then I will drink a cup of Coffee and get to painting. I go until about 2 or 3 in the morning and then get in another nap before going back to the day job. About one or twice a week I will get a late start on the stream and start around midnight. Those days I create until it is time to go to work.
